Vision

To provide Restoration Contractors with the ability to design the most efficient drying strategies, document their work to ensure payment in full, devise a sales process that delivers recurring large loss projects and implement systems that will support their business for success well into the future.

The content in this class is the most advanced processes and techniques in the industry right now that will put your organization at the leading edge of the industry.

About

“The Big Flood” is a hybrid, IICRC CDS class and hands-on experience where we will combine the traditional CDS class lecture with a fully immersive actual flood experience at the DrySource Toronto office & warehouse.

We will be adding 12,000 gallons of water into the building and simulating an actual Large Loss claim.

The event will include additional faculty members who are industry experts within the Restoration Industry that will complement and enhance the learning experience.

The objective is to enhance the traditional technical training lecture by giving students hands-on practicum, where they will set up specialty drying equipment, deploy multiple different drying technologies, moisture map and document the drying with industry leading technology, practice onboarding large losses, perfect the field data documentation to ensure a transparent and accurate bill file that will be bulletproof in ensuring you get paid in full on every single project.

Additionally, the students will come away with a process where they will have a commercial sales strategy ready to implement that will set their operation up to secure more Large Loss projects.
