Kevin Dooley is a 2nd generation Restoration Contractor and Large Loss Drying Specialist. Kevin has been active full time in the Property Restoration Industry since 2001. He graduated from Algonquin College SME Management with Honors and has received his Master Water and Master Cleaner Certifications via the IICRC. He recently completed the RIA WLS Designation (Water Loss Specialist).
Kevin’s primary focus and business is in supporting Restoration Contractors with technical training, specialized labor resources, and disaster equipment rental throughout North America and the Caribbean.
Since 2013, Meghan has been an accomplished leader in the restoration industry and currently holds the position of President at Drysource. In co-founding Drysource, her primary goal was to establish a contractor support organization that empowers restoration companies to scale their businesses and achieve their objectives.
With an unwavering dedication to client satisfaction and a profound understanding of the industry, Meghan and her team have successfully expanded the company's reach internationally, catering to customers across Canada and the United States. Under her guidance, Drysource (formerly known as Restoration Co. Inc.) has opened new offices in Vancouver and Toronto, further strengthening its presence.
Overall, Meghan's impressive professional achievements, combined with her personal passions, exemplify her as a dynamic and driven leader. Her commitment lies in assisting others in attaining success in their endeavours. In her leisure time, she enjoys travel and skiing.
Andrew Bailes is a CPA, and has been a CFO since 2006, working for Drysource since 2017. He has extensive experience in IT, Telecoms, Logistics, manufacturing and other sectors, managing finance and Legal, HR and Operational functions. He has been CFO for venture capital raises amounting to over $100m and has twenty-five years experience in Business and strategic planning. He holds degrees from Cambridge University (UK), Cornell, and Queens.
In his spare time, Andrew is a keen member of his local ‘Masters’ Rugby Club and enjoys skiing and long-distance running. He lives with his young family in Ottawa.
Justin has been in the construction industry for nearly 20 years and has specialized in restoration for 10 years. He has always focused his energy on impeccable customer service and high quality of workmanship. Justin has a keen eye for quality control and a drive to stay at the leading edge of the industry’s science and theory. He spent the latter half of his career in restoration honing his skills and experience on large and complex residential and commercial projects.
Justin spends his time away from work with his wife and two kids boating in the Toronto Harbour, skiing in the winter, and searching for new adventures year around.
Daylon has been in the restoration industry for 9 years and has fulfilled many roles which has given him a diverse understanding of the restoration process. He is motivated by the positive impact contractors can have in disaster situations through restoring homes, businesses and buildings.

In his spare time, Daylon enjoys camping and hiking with his family on the beautiful west coast or getting out to the golf course.
Art Johnson started out in a career that he had wanted to pursue from his earliest memories – a truck driver. After 20 years as a truck driver, he ended up in the Restoration Industry and has enjoyed it ever since.
Art is a certified restorer (CR), a water loss specialist (WLS), contents loss specialist (CLS), and an IICRC Master restorer and cleaner. He is recognized by the institute of inspection, cleaning, and restoration certification as an instructor for water restoration, carpet, and upholstery cleaning. He is the proud recipient of the RIA 2011 Industry Recognized Martin L. King award for outstanding service to the industry.
Art is passionate about training and helping others understand and manage the complexities and processes associated with property and contents restoration.
Jared earned his H.B. Comm (Sports Administration) degree from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario. After university, he spent 4 years working for a NSO in Ottawa before working for a document management company for 17 years. He has worked for DrySource since May 2018 as our Controller and Office Manager.
Jared grew up in the Ottawa Valley outside Renfrew, Ontario and has lived in the National Capital region since 1998. He is an avid sports fan, but especially loves hockey and the Ottawa Senators. Jared plays volleyball and golf, coaches hockey, and loves the challenge of Escape Rooms. In his downtime, he enjoys watching TV and movies, reading biographies and mystery novels, and playing cards and board games.
Rob has been in the restoration industry for 12 years. He helps coordinate and ensure compliance of the day to day operations of our commodity claims in the Ottawa market. He participated as a team member response during the Calgary and Toronto floods in 2013, the Ottawa tornados in 2018 and 2019, as well as other large loss projects.
Rob is an avid outdoorsman and spends his spare time fishing, camping, and hiking. An all around family man, Rob is a proud father, a sports coach, and a barbecue enthusiast.
